Made from a blend of modacrylic, cellulose, and aramid fibers, Tecasafe® Plus fabric offers a soft, comfortable feel while maintaining its appearance through repeated laundering. Because the flame resistance is inherent to the fabric, it will not wash out and provides a longer service life than traditional cotton or cotton-blend garments. The seamless shoulder construction, radial sleeves, articulated elbows, and ergonomic design allow unrestricted movement while reducing pressure from backpack harnesses and equipment.

Designed for maximum functionality, the Smokechaser Deluxe Coat features a four-inch Alpine-style collar that can be worn open for ventilation or fully zipped for enhanced neck protection without the bulk of a traditional throat strap. Multiple storage options include radio, cell phone, and expandable cargo pockets, while an integrated D-ring and swivel snap hook provide convenient attachment points for gloves, keys, and essential gear. Adjustable cuffs and ventilation gussets allow firefighters to customize the fit for changing conditions.

High-visibility 3M™ Scotchlite™ Flame Resistant 2-inch Lime/Yellow Triple Trim enhances visibility in low-light environments. The coat is UL Classified to meet or exceed the current NFPA 1977 Standard for Protective Clothing and Equipment for Wildland Fire Fighting and complies with applicable Cal-OSHA Title 8 GISO requirements.
