The removable shoulder harness allows you to use it as a back pack for hands free carrying. This item may be used as a specialty case for airway management, basic trauma, etc. The shoulder strap is included. Made of Cordura® nylon with 3M™ heat applied silver reflective trim to minimize contamination. This is available in orange Cordura® or black vinyl.
